1. Limited Refund Conditions
OpenClawKit provides refunds under EXTREMELY LIMITED circumstances:
- Documented, verifiable technical failures directly attributable to our software
- Provable misrepresentation of product capabilities
IMPORTANT: Refunds are NOT automatic and require formal review.
2. Exclusions
NO REFUNDS will be issued for:
- User configuration errors
- Incompatible system environments
- Third-party service interruptions
- Lack of technical understanding
- Failure to meet personal expectations
- User-induced software modifications
3. Refund Request Process
- Submit detailed written explanation to refunds@openclawkit.com
- Provide comprehensive system logs and error documentation
- Await formal review (up to 14 business days)
- OpenClawKit reserves SOLE discretion in refund determination
4. Liability Limitation
Our maximum liability is STRICTLY LIMITED to the original purchase price. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
5. Binding Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with California law.
